Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By confirming a booking with Executive Stay Apartments, you agree to all terms & conditions listed below.

Cancellations and changes to booking: A notice of 5 days for cancellation, later/postpone arrivals/check-in, and early/prepone departures/check-out is required to avoid charges. Notice if given within 5 days or less than 5 days may incur charges equal to 5 nights.

Explanation, if notice has been given 3 nights before arrival then minimum of 5 nights will be charged. This condition also applies if a stay needed to be reduced. If we receive a booking of canceled dates, for the same apartment then you will not be billed for those dates.

Extension of stay: We will try to facilitate any request for an extension. However, sometimes it is not possible due to pre-existing booking. We recommend, for a confirmed extension please place extension request as soon as possible

Payment: Invoices must be paid by the due date. Failure to pay on time may result in immediate eviction with no prior notice. Bookings of duration longer than 1 month will be billed monthly in advance. We accept payment by direct debit, bank deposit, electronic funds transfer, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Visa, and cash. Payment by credit card attracts a 1.9% surcharge. If paying by credit card, you authorise Executive Stay to transact payments at monthly intervals following the initial payment. Guests also required to produce the same credit card which is used for securing the booking, this measure is to avoid fraudulent payments.

Apartment allocation: All information and photographic/visual material on the website and in brochures is for promotional purpose and they are suggestive. It is an indication of the tone of furnishing and the general standard of apartments and this may not appear the same/ exact furnishings, layout, and configuration of the apartment you will be allocated.

Building amenities: It is also very important to note not all apartments have facilities of swimming, gym, barbeque, etc. Access to these amenities differs from building to building due to induction program and body corporate rules, there may be the possibility of body corporate may not grant access to these amenities. Any use of the gym or other equipment at the apartment is at the occupants’ risk Executive Stay apartments will not be held responsible for any injuries

Unforeseen situations: In the event of an apartment becomes unavailable due to unforeseen situations, Executive Stay Apartments reserves the right to provide a similar or upgraded apartment for the same prices quoted.

Apartment Access: Cleaning and Management staff of Executive Stay apartments maintain the right to access the apartment, wherever possible permission for Executive Stay staff to enter the apartment will be sought in advance from the occupant but sometime may not be possible.

Accommodation regulation: Gatherings, functions, parties’ loud music and noises are prohibited. Executive Stay’s apartments can only be used for quiet residential purposes. If the occupant does not comply with these conditions then occupants will be asked to vacate/check out immediately with no prior notice and the occupant/booker will not be entitled to any refund for primitive departure.

The number of occupants: The number of people/pax occupying/staying in an apartment should not exceed the number of people mentioned on the reservation confirmation.

It’s not a tenancy arrangement/agreement: Executive Stay Apartments grant access to the occupant to occupy the accommodation on the term for the period. This agreement does not and is not intended to create a residential tenancy agreement or any rights that attach to such an agreement.

Cleaning: We request you to treat the apartment with respect. At the time of check-out please leave the apartment in a fair condition. In the event of significant cleaning (steam cleaning of carpet, rubbish removal, kitchen and cupboard mess) required at the time of departure/check-out, any additional costs incurred will be charged separately. Weekly cleaning service, occupant permits Executive Stay apartments Authorised cleaners to clean apartment as and when required.

Amenities: Complimentary tea, coffee, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. are provided on arrival, this will not be replenished at the time of weekly service cleaning.

Damage: The occupant/booker of an Executive Stay apartment agrees to pay for any breakage, damage to or loss of any furnishings, décor items, furniture, fittings, or any equipment or any content in the apartment. The occupant/booker agrees to supply credit card details as payment for such events. This also incorporates floods, rain, and wind damage if the window or door is left open. If we make any insurance claim for your damages occupant must pay excess for the insurance policy.

You are also agreeing and authorising us (Executive Stay) to take payments from your credit/debit card provided for any damages caused.

Insurance: It is recommended to organise your contents insurance. Executive Stay Apartments is not responsible for any damage to your apartment’s contents or vehicle and/or its contents or any other vehicle while in the parking of our buildings.

Loss of security cards/fob/keys and lockouts: In the event, you lock yourself out of the apartment, you will be billed emergency fees of $150 to be let back in the apartment. If either security cards/fob or keys are lost or damaged, you will be charged $200 for replacement.

No smoking: Executive Stay Apartments’ properties are non-smoking. Smoking inside the apartments is prohibited. Occupants will be charged a charge of $150 to counter smoke smell and cleaning.

Belongings left behind: We usually hold any property left behind for 2 weeks and then we dispose of it, please contact us within 2 weeks after check-out. We will try our level best to send it back as soon as possible however sometimes it is not possible to send back. All the costs incurred will be paid by the occupant. For health and safety reasons any perishable goods are disposed of on the day of check-out

Age Requirements: Guest must be at least 18 of age to check-in, Children under 12 years old stay free with occupying parents /Guardian using existing bedding unless additional beading is separately requested

Amendments to the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 have extended the application of the National Privacy Principles (Principles) to private entities like Executive Stay. Executive Stay has always placed great importance on the privacy of personal information it collects and holds, and this Policy is designed to help you to understand how we manage your personal information.

We manage all personal information by this policy and the Commonwealth Privacy Act. In addition to this, the systems we use are password protected; with access only granted to those deemed necessary specific to their daily tasks.

Do we provide the information to anybody else? In the ordinary course of our business, your personal information may be provided to several third parties. We only provide information to Insurers, financiers, credit providers, courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities as agreed or authorised by law.

What kind of personal data do we collect?
